Aaaand...we're back my beautiful people with another intimate and sacred conversation in the Collective. Welcome to The Art of Loving Yourself First: Self-Love as the Foundation of Intimacy. Before intimacy with anyone else can begin and grow, there must be intimacy with yourself, and to achieve this level of intimacy, self-love must be strengthened.

So many people try to fix their relationships, their desire, or their confidence without ever addressing the relationship they have with themselves and their inner voice. It's impossible to experience real love and give love without self-love, and without it, intimacy will mostly likely be blocked.

This next dynamic session in the Awaken Intimacy Collective sets the foundation for everything that will flow and follow. This is your chance to go inwardly and examine self and the love you pour into yourself or explore the lack thereof.

This will not be another surface-level “positive affirmations” self-love talk. This is the real inner work required to awaken true intimacy baby. The embodied work. The honest work. The intimate work with self.

## 🌹 Why This Matters

You cannot feel safe being seen by someone else
if you do not feel safe within yourself.
You cannot experience deep pleasure
if your inner voice is constantly criticizing yourself.
Self-love is not selfish.
It is foundational.

I can't wait to see you all back for another sacred conversation. The meeting link will be shared after registration 24 hours prior to the event.
Peace & Blessings,
Alisha
