An Afternoon of Pranic Healing @ The Awaken Center

Pranic Healing is coming to the NEW Awaken Center at the Plymouth Meeting Mall!!

Join us for this in-person experience of relaxation and healing. We begin with 10 minutes of easy physical exercises to get the blood (and energy!) flowing. We then do a gentle, 20 minute guided meditation called Meditation on Twin Hearts. Practiced by millions of people around the world, this meditation opens the heart and crown chakras with the Prayer of St. Francis of Assisi, promoting feelings of connection, compassion and peace.

Following the meditation, short (10 to 15 minute) individual healings are offered by Pranic Healers. Your healer can help you with pain, stress, anxiety or other conditions. Most people find a noticeable improvement after the healing.
