I was trapped in the "Nice Guy" role.

Always pleasing. Always seeking validation. Always saying "yes" when my gut screamed "NO."

We confuse Love with Pity. We confuse Love with Guilt.

We think setting a boundary is an act of aggression. We think feeling bad means we are weak.

And in that confusion, we lose the most important thing we possess: Our connection to our own TRUTH.

If you lose your truth, you lose your purpose. Period.

Your relationships should not be a cage. They should be a mirror that inspires connection with your own Being.

But this requires a skill that nobody taught us in school: Conscious Energetic Boundaries.

It is not about building walls. It is about discerning where you end and where the other begins.

It is about stopping the weeds of guilt and fear from choking your garden.

This week, we are going to surgery.

We are going to cut the cords of dependency and patterns of weakness.

We are going to learn how to love without losing ourselves.
We will practice "Self-worth movements"—a specific physical and breathwork practice you can use instantly whenever you feel your power slipping away.
