
What we’re about
This group is for people who’ve experienced a genuine awakening—a clear shift into presence—and who live from the body’s intelligence: breathwork/pranayama, meditation/silence, yoga/movement, whole-food nourishment and juicing, time in nature, grounding/earthing, cold exposure, gratitude, etc.
We’re not a fitness class, therapy circle, or debate about diets. We’re a small community of people already walking the path who want to find each other, cross-pollinate, and (possibly) co-create things that help others heal.
Who this is for
You’ve had an unmistakable awakening/shift and are integrating it daily.
You value nervous-system regulation as the foundation of a sane, loving life.
Your lifestyle leans toward breathwork, meditation, yoga, whole-food/plant-forward eating or juicing, nature/grounding, cold exposure, and gratitude.
You want authentic connection with peers who “get it.”
What we do when we meet (75–90 min)
Open circle: Share from lived experience.
Tone: small, present, grounded. Confidentiality, respect, and equal space so everyone is heard.
Cost: free. (If we ever rent a space, we’ll note it clearly.)
Accessibility: opt in/out of any practice—presence is what matters.
