Sound Bath for Deep Relaxation & Nervous System Reset

Facilitated by Lesley, a Reiki practitioner and sound healing facilitator with years of experience supporting relaxation, emotional balance, and nervous system healing.

Using crystal singing bowls, gentle chimes, and soothing sound instruments, this sound bath is designed to guide you into a deeply relaxed, meditative state. You’ll be invited to rest comfortably as sound and vibration help quiet the mind and release built up tension.
As the session unfolds, many people experience a sense of ease, spaciousness, and calm as the nervous system begins to settle. Sound frequencies can support stress reduction, relaxation, improved sleep, and a greater sense of balance and well being.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and water. If you need a mat or blanket, please let me know in advance as I have a limited number available.
Space is intentionally limited to keep the environment calm and supportive.
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to get settled.
