Meditation and Mindfulness – “Grounding with Gaia + Finding Your Calm”, focused on breath, presence, and calming the body:
In this class, we’ll explore the foundational practices of meditation and mindfulness to help you reconnect with your breath, calm your nervous system, and find presence in your everyday life.
Whether you’re brand new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, you’ll learn simple, practical techniques to ground your energy, quiet your mind, and return to your center—especially during stressful or overwhelming moments.
Together, we’ll practice breathwork, grounding exercises, and guided meditation to help you feel more rooted, present, and connected. This class is designed to help you create inner stillness, restore your focus, and carry that calm into the rest of your day.
Class Details & Payment Policy
Each class is $33 USD. To reserve your spot, payment must be made online via Venmo before the class begins. Please send $33 USD to Katie Rose on Venmo at @afireinhersoul.
Spots are only confirmed once payment is received.
