This is a very small group exploration for 2-4 people with Mark and myself Sally to help guide you through the day.
The focus is on Awakening and what this means for you. Many are called to explore higher consciousness.
Most people get to a point during personal development and spiritual journeying where they question their experience, the seeming endless suffering, or what they have been taught feels not right in someway.
These events are sitting together and exploring our reality directly in the moment. Shifts happen naturally and we share and draw awareness to certain areas of experience.
We do not teach or share a philosophy but allow each person space to see their own reality more clearly.
Mark and myself have Awakening experiences we share. Marks was a sudden awakening and mine has been more gradual over decades.
We run offer occasional online group chats, in person groups, these retreats, email, zoom and face to face support.
