## Laying Our Burdens Down and Clearing What No Longer Serves
Before we do the deeper work our souls are calling for it is of great benefit to clear and cleanse ourselves from those thought forms, beliefs, behaviors, feelings and emotions which no longer serve us.
Every week I witness and hold compassion for those of us striving for healing and health, personal development and spiritual enlightenment, who are held back in their journey because of Self-limiting themes. Is there going to be a better time to review and release our burdens?
First we must bring to more full awareness that which burdens us. Sometimes we know exactly what that material is and how it plays out in our lives. Other times it remains lodged in our subconscious and unconscious and requests inquiry through shadow work and dream work.
And, since waking state consciousness is filtered through the ego, we rarely see clearly how every challenge in our lives provides us an opportunity for redemption and transformation. Many of us simply get stuck in forms of personal pain and suffering. So we discount, diminish and deny that which is not consistent with how our ego wishes to maintain itself…and always at the profound cost of alienation from our own soul.
In this workshop we will expand upon what I have introduced here as well as present and engage rituals and practices to support the clearing and cleansing process.
This is not a lecture and learn format. Group participation is vital to this workshop experience being of value to each attendee. We acknowledge and welcome that we serve as mirrors for each other. As always, any personal information shared in any of my workshops is to stay within the workshop. Privacy and confidentiality is essential to establishing and maintaining the sacred container of our work together.
