The path of spiritual growth and enlightenment can be a wondrous, but also at times confronting journey, opening up new levels of consciousness, insight into ourselves and new ways of seeing in the world.
This is a group based in South Wales for people who are experiencing spiritual growth and awakening, and want to connect, share and reflect with like-minded others. This is an easy-going group for chatting, activities, exploration and supporting and learning from one another within a place of acceptance and understanding.
