time to experience an Essential Oil of the day and its Plant

Prana by integrating Aromatherapy, Awareness, and Breathing

Technique The combination of these practices brings about

beneficial shifts mentally, emotionally, physically and

energetically.

Hand out and a mini sample of essential oil to take home is included.

No experience is necessary. However, pre-registration is required. This gathering will be held Every Third Thursday of the Month
