Each month, we gather to focus on a specific essential oil. Vitri shares her knowledge of the many uses and concerns of the particular oil. A question and answer time follows.
In addition a meditative practice where we allow ourselves the space and
time to experience the Essential Oil of the Month and its Plant Prana, by integrating Aromatherapy, Awareness, and Breathing Techniques. Combining these practices brings about beneficial mental, emotional, physical, and energetic shifts.
A handout and a mini sample of essential oil to take home are included.
No experience is necessary. However, pre-registration is required. This gathering will be held Every Third Thursday of the Month
