Awakening our senses in Puerto de La Cruz!

Join us once a month at a special spot in our beautiful city as we explore Puerto de la Cruz through our 5 senses (and who knows how many more we'll discover!).

I don't plan the program in advance - I tune into each day and let inspiration guide what we'll experience together. What you can expect: walking, moments of silence, tasting, touching, listening, observing, being present, exploring scents...

What to bring: Comfortable clothing, something to drink, sunglasses, sunscreen, and most importantly - your curiosity!

• Duration: Approximately 1.5-2 hours, start at 5 p.m. at Canarian time
• Group size: Small intimate group (max 6-8 people) for deeper connection
• All levels welcome - no previous experience needed, just an open mind
• Weather: We meet rain or shine - different weather adds different sensory dimensions!
• I will send you the place of our meeting point 1-2 days before
