## How a Session Works

Each Reiki session includes:
• Energetic connection prior to the session, where I sense dominant tensions, blockages, patterns, or themes
• Notes taken on sensations, emotions, or intuitive impressions if something comes through
• A short check-in when we meet (your intention is welcome but not required)
• Active Reiki energy healing (hands-off)
• Somatic or verbal support during the session if it naturally supports emotional release (only if you’re open to it)
• Grounding and energetic sealing, allowing the work to integrate gradually over the following weeks
• A reflection conversation after the session, where:
– You can share what you experienced
– I share what I noticed, if you’re interested
– Any intuitive insights or messages that came through are offered
– Simple, grounded recommendations are given if relevant
Some sessions bring a lot of insight, some are quieter and deeply regulating — both are equally valid and effective.
