If you’ve been feeling overstimulated, tense, disconnected, or off-balance, a private 1:1 Reiki session is a safe space to slow down and let your system finally breathe.

### What Reiki Is:

Reiki is a non-invasive energy healing practice where I channel life-force energy through my hands — no physical touch required. It supports your body and mind in multiple ways:

  • Calms the nervous system
  • Reduces emotional overload and stress
  • Clears heaviness and tension
  • Softens subconscious patterns
  • Rebalances your energy and chakras
  • Brings awareness to deeper root causes

Reiki works uniquely for each person. You don’t need to “believe” in anything — the energy always moves safely and for your highest good, adapting to what your body and mind are ready for.

### What to Expect During a Session

  1. Gentle arrival – Settle in, get comfortable, and ask any questions.
  2. Energetic cleansing – I clear your energy field before the session begins, which is already deeply relaxing.
  3. Private Reiki healing – You’ll sit or lie down comfortably as I channel Reiki. The energy intuitively works where it’s needed most, helping you:
  • Release emotional and mental heaviness
  • Regulate and soothe your nervous system
  • Clear tension and stress
  • Rebalance energy
  • Rest deeply

The effects continue integrating over the following 2–3 weeks. If you have a specific issue you want to work on, we can schedule sessions more often.

4. Optional reflection – At the end of the session, you’re welcome to share what you felt or ask questions.

### Aftercare

  • Drink plenty of water
  • Rest and allow integration
  • Avoid alcohol for 24 hours
  • Be gentle with yourself emotionally
