Circle of Light & Reiki Share

Hello Beautiful Souls,

The summer sun is here—and we are beyond excited to announce the return of CommUNITY gatherings at the beautiful Glencoe Beach Park!

This year join me with beautiful Soul Sister, Britt Chemla Jones, Reiki Master Teacher, Yoga Instructor, and radiant light in our healing community.

Let’s kick off our shoes, ground into Gaia, and celebrate in sacred circle by the shores of Lake Michigan.

We’ll gather monthly in the late afternoon sun, reconnecting with nature, ourselves, and each other in CommUnity!

🦋 This Month We Focus Chakra Balancing 🦋

Our theme this month is Reiki and Chakra Balancing. We will begin with a Taoist yoga practice to open and align the chakras, followed by sound healing through the Bija Mantras — the ancient seed sounds for each energy center. You will learn how to use these mantras as tools for personal healing, while also receiving their vibration in community.

From there, we will explore Reiki energy: how to channel, share, and receive this universal life force. In small groups, we will give and receive Reiki healing, offering space for deep relaxation, energy balancing, and inner renewal.

We will close our evening with connection and community, honoring the healing journey together.

1. Taoist Yoga Practice: chakra-alignment flow.
2. Meditation with the Bija Mantras: chakra seed sounds.
3. Reiki: Guided practice and small group energy healing.
4. Community: Closing time for reflection, socializing, and connection.

💛💫 This event is perfect for anyone ready to embrace change, find inner peace, and connect with like-minded souls. All are always welcome.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to sit on, dress comfortably, and prepare for variable weather (layers encouraged).

Also suggested is a water bottle, journal and pen, and snack to share if you wish!
