An Invitation to Slow Down, Breathe, and Reconnect
What is a body scan meditation?
A body scan is a simple, guided mindfulness practice where we gently bring attention to different parts of the body—from head to toe. It’s not about doing anything perfectly, or trying to “clear your mind.” It’s about noticing what you feel in your body—whether that’s warmth, tension, stillness, or even nothing at all.
This practice helps us slow down, tune in, and bring a sense of calm and awareness to the body and mind.
What to expect:
· A calming, guided meditation (you’ll be talked through every step)
· A quiet space to simply be—no pressure, no judgment
· A chance to rest, recharge, and feel more present
· An invitation to bring comfort to your body by placing your hands on any area that needs support
No experience is necessary.
You can choose to lie down on a mat or blanket, or sit comfortably in a chair—whatever feels right for your body.
Just bring yourself as you are. You don’t need to fix anything, do anything “right,” or even feel a certain way. This is simply a chance to breathe, notice, and care for yourself.
Take a pause. Come home to your body. You’re invited.
