Let That Sh*t Go!
Here is where you will finally let go of the past, let go of your old stories and limitations, and fears. Let go of the pain and let go of the heartache. You will experience a wide open space of possibility and a newfound freedom. Learn proven tools, systems and techniques that helped me and my clients to identify potential pitfalls and remove barriers so you can enjoy the benefits of a baggage-free life.
Week 2 -Sat July 5th
Supercharge Your Life!
Now it’s time to supercharge and amp up your energy and discover enthusiasm to transform your negative internal dialog. This is where you reprogram your mind so it knows YOU are the captain of the ship! First you will discover how to focus on your goals and what you want to achieve. I’ll help you come back into your power through various exercises, breath work, and activities that bring you into the present moment where your power truly lives. Learn powerful techniques to help you clear your energy field, this process will make you feel stronger and more balanced yet lighter and younger.
Week 3 - Sat July 12
Transform Your Relationship with Your Body and Embrace Health!
Now that you have boosted your energy, its time to maintain this energy by nurturing your physical body from all aspects! Our body has a treasure of knowledge and is always trying to teach us something if we listen. We will let go of many of the hang ups we have about our bodies. We will learn the connection between our Spirit and Our Body and how our body is sending us messages, if we listen. This class is all about receiving a greater awareness of the natural wisdom within our body and working in partnership to produce optimum health, vitality and longevity beyond our chronological age.
Week 4 -Sat July 19th
Radical Self Acceptance -True Self Compassion
Learn the power of visualizations, manifestations, visions, and goals to create your reality. Being open to new opportunities in your life and being able to receive as woman will dictate how much joy you invite into your life. It all starts with Acceptance! Master the processes to help you speak with integrity to yourself and others. This is where you become able to receive even though you have always been a giver. It’s a skill that will help bring more of what you want into your reality.
