HI Ya'll!
Join me this Thursday for a combo of playful & sacred therapeutic voicework practices + a safe space to share any self-expression art you'd like with active support from the group.
All you need is your body & voice, and I will guide you through voice-connection experiences intended to help you feel safe, confident, and inspired to share your expressions. THEN, feel free to "take the stage" and share whatever self-expression art you desire! --got a song in your heart, a series of silly jokes in your throat, feel a nudge to do a live psychic reading, or got an idea for a random multi-modal performance art piece? You are welcome to try out your psychic / healing / and intuitive callings as well as artistic ones :) (for me they are combined)
The Well has an acoustic piano, a sound system, and projector for lyrics or other visuals. They also have hand drums and I bring a guitar and an use.
