Crystal Pyramid Sound Healing

In this deeply nurturing and restorative sound bath, you will receive the additional healing benefits of lying on a full-length cushioned bed of infused amethyst crystals, with the option of lying inside our crystal-filled heart chakra pyramid or under the infused chakra balancing crystal lights. The space is anchored with many crystals, plants and a heart-centered energy that is both nurturing and magical. Group size is small so that each person can start their journey by experiencing the cleansing energy of standing inside a Tibetan foot bowl while its being played. This opens and clears your energy field to receive and drop more deeply into the experience.

Come relax, reset and remember the peace that you are as the soothing waves of many sacred sound instruments wash through you. There is nothing you have to do or prepare for, just come as you are and experience a variety of crystal and Tibetan bowls, rain sticks, bells, chimes, gongs and more while bathing in the healing energy all around you.

Comfort- You do not need to bring anything with you unless you feel to. All of your comfort needs- pillows, blankets, bolsters, eye pillows and water will be provided for you. Afterwards you are welcome to relax inside, outside, browse the metaphysical gift shop and/or ask any questions you may have.
Location- HeartLight is located at the end of a one-mile gravel road. It is fine for cars, just take it slow through the shallow creek section. There is a horse trail riding business nearby, so please be mindful and yield to horses. Please drive slow and give yourself a few extra minutes in travel time in case you encounter a horse crossing.
Parking- After you pass through the open gate, parking is on the grass to your right. Entrance is through the sliding glass doors on the lower level.
