This class explores confidence not as certainty or dominance, but as a grounded presence on the Buddhist path. Drawing from lived practice, we’ll explore how confidence grows through containment, discernment, and compassion that doesn’t collapse. This is about learning to stay present, boundaried, and tender while trusting the unfolding of the path.
