This class will guide you through a gentle yoga flow incorporating breathwork, mindful stretching, and grounding poses to enhance flexibility, strength, and balance. No matter your experience level, this practice will help you reconnect with your body and breath in a supportive and welcoming space.

Following the yoga session, settle into Savasana as you receive a Tibetan and cryatal sound bath. The healing vibrations of Tibetan and cryatal singing bowls will wash over you, promoting deep relaxation, stress relief, and energetic balance.
