Our Sunday Group Discussion has been an off-and-on thing since this group started back in 2008. We took a break over the summer and recently started it back up now that the blazing heat is no longer a factor.
Topics include philosophy, psychology, metaphysics, comparative religion, involution and evolution, and a lot of other who knows what. It's primarily a place for people to share their experiences and insights about topics that aren't very mainstream. We are an organically diverse group in age, race, and nationality. As we come from all sides of the political spectrum we keep a damper on the political talk.
The group discussion starts at 10 am and that'll run for at least 2 hours. After that the breakout sessions and games typically run another 2 hours.
We're looking to start up a board game night that might follow this event, let us know if you're interested.
