About:
This Valentines season, retreat into the sanctuary of Shangri-la Haven- where panoramic views, sacred sound, and heart centered connection invite you to rediscover the greatest love of all: Self Love!

Designed for a mindful group of 15 guest, this overnight experience blends soulful practices, nourishing meals, and gentle connection-leaving you with tangible tools to embody love, peace and authenticity in your daily life.
What is included:

• Workshops / all materials
• Sound Frequency Journey
• Community accommodations for sleeping - air mattress provided ( if need a regular bed extra cost is required/ limited rooms available contact Jamie for details)
• Two nourishing meals and refreshments provided including a candlelight dinner
• Gifted Tools to take home with you for your ongoing daily practices.
• Detailed itinerary provided upon check in at the retreat

IMPORTANT:

• Bring with you, personal hygiene items, clothes, pjs, swim suit, pillow, sleeping bag or other items for added comfort both in sleeping, meditation, such as journal, water bottle, etc.
• $220 to secure your space. (space is limited to 17)
