Our journey begins with an inspiring frame drum workshop led by April Centrone, who will guide you in learning how to connect with your drum as an extension of your own heartbeat. Through intention, technique, and rhythm, you'll discover that the drum is more than an instrument—it's a powerful tool for meditation, healing, expression, and transformation. Whether this is your first time holding a drum or you've been playing for years, you'll be welcomed exactly where you are.
As the rhythm begins to awaken from within, Mike and Mary will gently guide the group into a heart-opening Ceremonial Cacao Experience, creating sacred space to deepen awareness, expand intention, and cultivate authentic connection. Together, we'll move through a series of mindful, heart-centered connected asanas, allowing breath, movement, and rhythm to become one unified practice.
From there, we'll journey into the Affirmation Forest—a deeply intentional experience designed to help you release limiting beliefs, plant powerful intentions, and align with the life you're ready to create. Surrounded by community, rhythm, and the energy of the collective, you'll be invited to reconnect with your authentic self and manifest from a place of love, clarity, and purpose.
