Mantra Yoga is a meditative sound practice that activates healing, clarity, and awareness through the vibration of your own voice. Whether spoken, whispered, or chanted, each mantra becomes a tool for transformation.
In this class, we explore the pronunciation, meaning, and energy of sacred mantras. You may have heard them in Kundalini Yoga or other tradition and held back—this is your chance to deepen into their sound and fully experience their power.
Each session evolves organically, beginning with guided recitation, followed by call-and-response chanting, and devotional sound journeys. You’ll be supported by live harmonium, and from time to time, guest musicians who bring added depth to the experience.
Even if it’s your first time, all you need is an open heart. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more connected, and empowered by the vibration that lives within you.
