What we’re about
Welcome to a creative space for women of color to deepen our relationship with awe and wonder. This group is for women of color who are ready to celebrate their existence as creative beings that birth new worlds. We focus on creativity, art, imagination, and expansive possibilities as our birthrights. We practice self love, embodiment, soul nourishment, and celebration. We honor all of these things as essential to our way forward.
We come together to share what inspires us, unleash our imaginations, and make magic happen! Join us for playful and empowering experiences where awe, wonder, joy, laughter and delight are our guides. Let’s frolic y’all!
Activities will include meaningful discussions, explorations of art and creativity in various forms, crafts, games, watch parties, improv, awesome food adventures, celebration, and whatever else we decide to make up along the way.
We are introverts, ambiverts, extroverts, all the things. Regardless to which category we fall into, we co-create an environment of human dignity, kindness, respect for personal agency, consent, boundaries, healthy communication, and emotional safety. We value inner peace and joy. Therefore we prioritize taking care of our mental health and emotional wellness.
We celebrate the beauty of human diversity and are affirming of all self identified women, LGBTQ+, gender nonbinary, neurodivergent, and folks living with disability. We are respectful of all faiths and non-faiths. We affirm body positivity, fat liberation, and sex positivity. In our world, there is no body shaming or food policing directed towards self or other. We practice radical self love and acceptance.
