- No Dogs

- Rain or shine this is happening

- I will only reschedule/cancel if I'm called into work early (this is right before my shift)

What to bring:

- Hiking shoes or regular sneakers (boots might be too heavy!)

- Kettlebells or Dumbbells (No weights, no problem. I'll bring extra!)

- Water

- Bug repellent (optional)
