This is walking with weights in a Farmer's Hold position, resting periodically

What to expect:
- Walk starts at 8:35am sharp and ends at 9:15am
- Walking with weights in a Farmer's Hold position, resting periodically
- Slow paced walk
- Mix of flat and inclined terrain, paved
- Rated moderate (because holding weights)
- Public restrooms available
- No Dogs
- Rain or shine this is happening
- I will only reschedule/cancel if I'm called into work early (this is right before my shift)
What to bring:
- Hiking shoes or regular sneakers (boots might be too heavy!)
- Kettlebells or Dumbbells (No weights, no problem. I'll bring extra!)
- Water
- Bug repellent (optional)
