โ˜€๏ธ This will be a walk in the park! (literally)

Backwards walking:
- improves balance/posture
- grows your calf muscles
- prevents shin splints/running injuries
- helps strengthen knees

Walking backwards forces you to use different muscles and move in a different manner than walking forwards. As a result, you will be more fit and have more stamina when you walk forward as well

What to expect:
- Hike starts at 1:05pm sharp and ends at 2pm
- Slow paced backwards walk
- Flat terrain, paved
- Rated moderate (because walking backwards for a long duration)
- Portable restrooms available in parking lot
- No dogs
- Rain or shine, this is happening

What to bring:
- Hiking shoes or regular sneakers (boots might be too heavy!)
- Water
- Bug repellent (optional)
