Rule: Attendance and No-Show Policy
To maintain a respectful and engaging community, we require all members to RSVP responsibly and communicate any changes in their attendance plans. If a member misses more than three events in a year without notifying the organizer in advance, they will be removed from the group. This policy ensures that all members have the opportunity to participate and that events can be planned effectively. Also members will be removed if they’ve had no activity in three months. Activity can include looking at events, attending events, hosting an event etc. Meetup keeps track of activity. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
