We are taking our private bus up to hike the Stairway to Heaven, an 12km trail made with a wooden boardwalk that summits at the top of Cuilcagh Mountain.
The viewing platform, positioned precariously at the edge of the mountain plateau offers breath-taking views over the surrounding landscape and an opportunity to take a well-deserved rest before starting your decent.

Please have comfortable runners or hiking shoes , as well as waterproof clothes in case of rain.

We will call in to the Marble Arch cafe before starting our hike to use the facilities.

Hi All,
This trip is our History and Heritage tour around Irelands Ancient East.

We will visit Trim Castle (from the movie Braveheart) for a guided tour.
And then walk along the medieval grounds to our lunch venue for a 2 course meal.
From here we will visit Bective Abbey for some photos , and then continue on to the Hill of Tara for a walk of the site.

There will be some time after Tara to visit the coffee and gift shop before boarding our bus for Dublin.

Private Minibus will leave Dublin Connolly Station, and bring us to all destinations. Lunch is included in the tour price too.

Flying Lessons for Beginners:

You will control the aircraft from after take-off to almost touch-down, with our instructor beside you all the way.

You will Learn how to take off , climb , turn and descend in your first lesson.

The agenda for the day is as follows:

1. Private minibus from Dublin city to Aerodrome

2. Safety Briefing in the clubhouse.

3. 40 Min Flying Lesson in a 2 seat airplane.

4. Tea\Coffee and Debriefing.

5. A chance for some photo's and selfies.

6. Return to Dublin on minibus.

Kicking off the summer season in style!

We will leave Dublin city centre on Saturday morning in our private minibus and head cross country to the Wild Atlantic Way in Sligo. There will be lots of time to get settled and get food before we head for Benbulben mountain for a fully guided sunset hike.

Benbulben is a truly amazing mountain with some very special stops along the route.
It’s approximately 11km hike with 500m of height gain taking 4 - 4.5 hours. It’s moderate difficulty needing a reasonable level of fitness.

Hiking equipment is NOT included and you will be required to wear proper hiking boots with ankle support in order to take part.

On Saturday night we will stay in our partner hostel (shared dormitory accommodation included in price)

Sunday morning will start at a leisurely pace before we head out for a surf lesson. Surfing is suitable for all, including beginners.

There will be time allowed afterwards to get some food and enjoy the scenery before we head back again to Dublin.

The price of this trip including return bus from Dublin, the guided hike, overnight stay and surf lesson is €229 and payment (as always) is due in advance via Revolut to @surfireland
