Making more friends in adulthood is going to take some deliberate effort on your part. It’s an exciting challenge in theory, but one of the first obstacles you’ll encounter is having enough confidence. Come on out !
Players who want a great Badminton workout. You will run and sweat ! Come play at Seatac. Use message board to form teams of 8. Then arrive at the Community Center (pick up a Quick Card at the front desk). The Community Center is giving us Ping Pong nights for $3 again . Bring your own Rackets & Birds !
Badminton is an extremely organized, peaceful, and recreational game at night. We make teams and change teams to make sure that the game is evenly matched. There will also be a proper rotation so everyone gets playing time.
FORMAT: Each game is limited to 4 players. Players will be divided into 2 players per team. Singles or Doubles 10 table courts will be utilized. Games are above all else peaceful and recreational.
Indoor Season has started! Get them shoes, tie those laces, and let's play some indoor Badminton in Seattle!
Playing helps to improve motor coordination, flexibility, and endurance. It also encourages speed, agility, and strength. These skills are shown to have a positive effect on promoting a healthy body weight and encouraging more physical activity, which can enhance cardiorespiratory fitness and self-esteem.
