You’re not alone—and this session is your gold medal moment.

We’ll playfully compete in lighthearted “social challenges” that highlight the weird, wonderful ways we all try to connect—and sometimes fumble. And yes, we’ll be sharing some of our most embarrassing moments and laughing at ourselves (and each other) along the way. It’s going to be silly, honest, and surprisingly freeing.
