**Join one of AZ’s Partners, Megan Blatner, for a guided breathwork and reflective journaling session.**

| As the final leaves fall and the world begins to quiet, we too are invited to release what no longer serves us. The Art of Letting Go is a deeply restorative virtual breathwork experience designed to support emotional and energetic release as we transition from the vibrant movement of autumn into the stillness of winter.

Through intentional breath, guided visualization, and gentle somatic awareness, you’ll be guided to shed layers of tension, emotion, and heaviness — making space for inner peace, reflection, and renewal. This session is a sacred pause to exhale the old and breathe in clarity before entering the season of rest and introspection.
