Theta Healing: Stop Working Against Yourself
Change the Programming That Keeps You Focused on What You Don’t Want
For decades (if not longer), powerful teachers have been sharing the same core truth:
What we focus on, we create more of.
Thoughts turn into things.
Simple, right?
So… why do we still spend so much time focusing on, talking about, and emotionally investing in what we don’t want?
Why does it feel so hard to stay focused on what we do want?
It’s not just about knowing better.
And it’s not a lack of desire.
It’s because of your programming.
Approximately 95% of your thoughts, feelings, and actions (or even your hesitation to act) are driven by subconscious belief systems — patterns that were formed long before you were consciously choosing what you want.
Which means your conscious desire for change?
That’s about 5%.
So when that 5% says:
“I want something different…”
And the 95% says:
“That feels unfamiliar… and therefore unsafe…”
Those two parts start working against each other.
And when it’s 5% up against 95%…
you can guess which one usually wins.
So what happens?
You try to focus on what you want…
and then find yourself pulled right back into:
worry
doubt
overthinking
talking about what’s not working
feeling stuck in the same patterns
Not because you’re not capable — but because your internal programming is sending you in the opposite direction.
Here’s a way to think about it:
If you wanted to drive from Texas to California…
and every five miles you drove west, you turned around and drove four miles east…
How long would it take you to get there?
What if for every mile you drove west, you drove two… or three… or four miles east?
Would you ever get there?
And after a while, wouldn’t you start to believe:
“Maybe this just isn’t possible for me…”
And then start finding reasons to prove that true?
That’s exactly what subconscious programming does.
The good news?
It’s changeable.
In this dynamic group ThetaHealing session, we’ll focus on identifying and shifting the beliefs that trigger fear, resistance, and distraction when you try to focus on what you actually want.
Instead of working against yourself…
you’ll begin to feel what it’s like to have your internal system supporting you.
In this session, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Identify the subconscious patterns Pulling your focus toward the unwanted
Begin shifting the beliefs that make change feel unsafe
Experience what it feels like to focus on what you want with less resistance
Build internal alignment between what you want and how you naturally think and feel
This is a powerful group experience, and as always, the people who show up together are never random. You’ll gain insight not only from your own work, but from the shifts happening throughout the group.
If you’re ready to stop spinning your wheels and start moving in the direction you actually want to go — this session is for you.
