- Refrain from side conversations during talks

All participants should treat each other with courtesy and professionalism regardless of background, role, or experience level. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event.
### 4. Event Decorum
To maintain a focused learning environment:
- Please silence mobile devices during presentations.
- Avoid loud conversations or activities that may distract speakers or attendees.
- Follow instructions from event organizers or venue staff.
### 5. Food and Beverage Policy
To comply with venue guidelines and maintain cleanliness:
- Outside food is not permitted inside the event space.
- Attendees may bring water in a cup or bottle only.
- Any food or beverage policies set by the venue must be followed.
