Learn how a Well-Architected approach protects long-lived credentials in Essential Eight using a Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) architecture. This talk covers an approach to credential management, including authorisation, policy enforcement, and effective credential rotation.

Automating cyber.gov.au's Essential Eight Compliance
Our mystery speaker will go through how a redacted government customer automated best-practice Essential Eight checks "left" in their pipeline and "right" in their infrastructure, which of the Eight apply to AWS (spoiler alert - a lot!) and how they ensure compliance with the most important framework in Australia, including fixing misconfigurations before they get into infrastructure.
