The session is structured in two parts:
Part 1: Architecture & Security Foundations
A focused technical presentation covering:
- How AWS approaches security
- The Shared Responsibility Model
- Foundational security controls
- The Well-Architected Framework – Security Pillar
This segment builds conceptual clarity and shows how security decisions connect across cloud architectures.

Part 2: Hands-On Implementation
Participants will set up and secure AWS accounts, configure identity and access controls, and apply core security best practices while learning how to avoid common misconfigurations.

This workshop is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike and serves as the foundation for a progressive bi-weekly AWS learning journey focused on building production-ready cloud systems.
