Osinachi Okpara is an AWS-certified software engineer and developer/cloud advocate focusing on Applied & Agentic AI, AWS cloud, DevOps, and API development using Python and FastAPI.




Recognized as an AWS Community Builder, he founded The Cloud Crowd and DevOps Conclave to create spaces where aspiring cloud and DevOps professionals can learn, share ideas, and collaborate.

In addition to organizing community-driven events, Osinachi serves as a Lead Developer Advocate & Programs Manager at NexaScale, where he helps facilitate learning and professional development in cloud engineering, DevOps and AI.

His commitment to building and nurturing local tech communities is also evident in his volunteer work with organizations such as the AWS West Africa Cloud Security User Group and GDG Cloud Lagos
