As a startup, should one start on AWS or Heroku? What are the pros and cons of each? How do I best make a decision?

Heroku offers quick setup and peace of mind but it is an expensive solution.

AWS is hard to setup but gives you full control over your infrastructure.

So, which one should you start with during the early days of your company? Is there a sweetspot? We will have several speakers share their opinions on this
