event update: Houston AWS Meeting

Update:
Folks, Harsha, our speaker for the Governing AI Agents with WSO2 Agent Manager, is recovering from an illness. Fortunately he has rescheduled for September.

Please join us anyhow:
- It's still a hybrid event!
- We have some AWS Builder credits to give and activities to show you.
- Answer your certification questions.
- We'll do a networking activity.
- Food and drinks will be provided.
- If it's your first time at Improving, get to know this venue as we will be using this venue again along with the AWS office.

Entrance:
Entering the Improving office is super casual. Enter the building and look for HAWS signs or ask around. We'll be meeting in one of the two large training rooms.
