* Fabio explores how feedback cycles, change cost, and deployment risk are key economic factors in software delivery, addressed by practices like XP and DevOps. He features a live demo deploying a web app to AWS ECS Fargate, using Terraform and GitHub Actions to build a complete CI/CD pipeline. The session aims to make Continuous Delivery tangible with a practical example and ends with real-world insights and open discussion.

We brought one deck of AWS Builder Cards from the AWS Summit in Stockholm and will host games after the talk for everyone who wants to try the game.
