Guilds – Learn on the job (and actually benefit from it) from Stephan Grötschel (Thinkport)

In our company, we work across multiple projects and many tech stacks. That’s great—but it also means knowledge can get siloed fast. How do we share knowledge effectively across teams?

That’s where *Guilds* come in. These are informal groups where like-minded people connect, share challenges, exchange insights, and learn from real-world experiences. Think internal meetups with purpose.

At their best, Guilds become trusted hubs of expertise within the company.
