Abstract:
Agentic AI is moving fast. Teams are shipping multi-agent architectures, tool use, and orchestration patterns into production. But one important question gets far less attention than it should: do you actually know what your agents cost, and who is driving that cost?

Part 1: Protecting Your Margins: Cost Visibility for Multi-Tenant Agents on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore This part is for ISVs and platform teams offering agentic features to many customers. We'll cover:

  • Why cost management for multi-tenant agents is harder than traditional cloud cost management
  • What goes into the cost of a single agent invocation, beyond token costs
  • A cost attribution hierarchy: reasoning step, agent, workflow, user and tenant
  • Combining billing data with telemetry for per-tenant cost attribution
  • Multi-tenant patterns on AgentCore, including attribution by instrumentation in pooled models
  • Live Demo: per-tenant cost attribution in action

Part 2: Meet the AWS FinOps Agent Next, we'll look at AWS's own agentic approach to cost management. The AWS FinOps Agent, now in public preview, is an agentic AI solution that:

  • Finds the root cause of cost anomalies
  • Answers cost questions in natural language right in Slack and Jira
  • Pulls from Cost Explorer, Cost Anomaly Detection and related cost data sources
  • Live Demo: setting up the agent, asking real cost questions and tracing an anomaly to its root cause, plus tips on org-wide deployment from the management account

Who Should Attend: Cloud architects, FinOps practitioners, engineering leaders and anyone running or planning agentic AI workloads on AWS.
