The Big One: Certification Vouchers
Each Student Builder Group can provide certification vouchers to its members, with recipients determined by mock exam performance. To qualify for the mock exam, you must:

1. Sign up on AWS Builder Center through our official link or QR code, so you're connected to your Student Builder Group
2. Verify your student status on AWS Builder Center (only verified students are eligible for vouchers and rewards)
3. Complete the pre-tests and post-tests of all three sessions

AWS Builder Center is a free community platform with courses, hands-on labs, and project resources, and it's where members can earn certifications, credits, and recognition. James Gabriel Elijah P. Ty. AWS SBG - UP Cebu Leader, GitHub Campus Expert, 3x AWS Certified. James is a Computer Science student at UP Cebu, a 3x AWS Certified developer, Lead of the AWS Student Builder Group – UP Cebu, and the very first GitHub Campus Expert in the Visayas. A former Executive Director of the UP Computer Science Guild, he is an international hackathon winner who placed 2nd Runner-Up at the Huawei Developer Competition 2025 APAC and emerged as Champion at the Philippine Junior Data Science Challenge 2024. As a systems and data science enthusiast, James actively leads technical mentorship initiatives and practical software workshops to bridge the gap between academic theory and industry practice.
Reminders

1. Sign up and verify your student status on AWS Builder Center using the official link or the QR code sent to your email.
2. RSVP to the event to receive the Google Meet link.
3. Complete the pre-test at the start of the session and the post-test at the end (both are required for mock exam qualification).
4. Join on a stable internet connection, and log in a few minutes early for check-in.
5. Use your real name on Google Meet so attendance can be verified.
6. Complete the evaluation form after the session.
