Ready to get hands-on with AWS cloud services in a fun, challenge-based environment?
The LC3 Low Code Cloud Club is hosting an AWS JAM event on the Charleston Campus, and CIT students of all skill levels are invited to come play and learn!
An AWS JAM is an interactive, team-based learning experience where participants solve real-world cloud challenges using AWS services. Students will work in teams of 2 or 3 to tackle AWS cloud challenges together.
Do not worry if you are still learning—hints are provided along the way so you can build your skills as you go. Instead of just hearing about cloud tools, you will practice applying them in realistic scenarios, troubleshoot problems, and build confidence with cloud concepts used in industry.
Whether you are brand new to AWS or already have cloud experience, this is a great chance to:
- Get real-world practice with AWS cloud services
- Learn by doing in a supportive environment - you'll work in teams of 2-3 students
- Build skills that connect directly to cloud careers
- Meet other students interested in cloud, automation, and technology
- Learn from AWS Pro Mike Erickson
No advanced experience is required. Bring your curiosity, your problem-solving mindset, and your appetite. Pizza will be provided.
