Join the Cloud Forge 8-Week Sprint, an intensive hands-on learning experience organized by the AWS Student Builder Group at Egerton University. This program is designed for students who want practical exposure to cloud computing, DevOps, infrastructure automation, and modern deployment practices using AWS technologies.
Over the course of 8 weeks, participants will work through guided sessions, collaborative activities, practical labs, and project-building exercises that simulate real-world cloud engineering workflows.
Whether you are a beginner exploring cloud technology or an intermediate learner looking to sharpen your deployment and infrastructure skills, Cloud Forge gives you the opportunity to learn by building.

## What You Will Learn & Build

Throughout the sprint, participants will gain hands-on experience in:
✅ Launching and securing EC2 instances on AWS
✅ Designing VPCs, subnets, routing, and networking architectures
✅ Provisioning cloud infrastructure using Terraform
✅ Deploying applications using Kubernetes
✅ Understanding cloud security best practices

✅ Competing for Top 3 Awards at the end of the sprint
