Building With Amazon Bedrock

AWS Student Builder Group is kicking off the academic year with Building with Amazon Bedrock, an introductory workshop where you'll learn how to use AWS cloud and AI technologies to build an LLM-backed chatbot!

🎉 During this hands-on workshop, you'll learn the basics of Amazon Bedrock, including the Converse API, Tool Use, and Guardrails, and put them together to create your own chatbot.

🔍 Guiding us through the workshop will be:

• Akhtar Hossain — Senior AWS Solutions Architect focused on AI and Generative AI. His IT and cloud computing career spans over 25 years, including key roles working with Microsoft Azure and AWS Cloud.
• Lee Smith — Solutions Architect in AWS's Worldwide Commercial Organization, supporting the Energy vertical. His specialties include infrastructure, migrations, networking, security, and AI-assisted coding.
• Shane Salter — Oil & Gas professional and IT expert with experience in enterprise systems design, network/security infrastructure, cloud computing, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.

✨ No experience? No problem! This workshop is beginner-friendly and will walk you through the fundamentals you need to get started with Amazon Bedrock.
