AWS Student Community Day Wakiso

AWS Student Community Day Wakiso 2026
The AWS Student Builder Group at Uganda Technology And Management University invites you to our very first AWS Student Community Day. A full day built by students, for students, all about the cloud.
Whether you're writing your first line of code or already deploying projects on AWS, this is your space to learn, build and connect with a community that's growing fast across campus and beyond.
What to expect:

• Hands-on sessions and live demos on core AWS services from compute and storage to AI/ML and serverless
• Talks from industry practitioners and student builders on real cloud projects and career paths
• Guidance on AWS certifications, free student credits, and the AWS Educate program
• Networking with fellow builders, cloud enthusiasts, and community leaders
• Plenty of room to ask questions, share ideas, and find your next collaborator

No prior AWS experience required, just curiosity and a laptop. Come ready to get your hands dirty, meet people who love building and leave with new skills and a community behind you.
