Making The Move to AWS

Rob Cummings from Nordstrom will discuss positive organizational change management and culture shifts related to AWS adoption in the enterprise.

Rob has worked in IT operations for the past 15 years. This includes work at Bose, EMC Corporation, and Accenture prior to joining Nordstrom. While at Nordstrom he has worked on a variety of teams supporting Windows, unix, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure. Today, Rob supports the Nordstrom.com operations teams and is focusing his passion on helping dev and ops work together by building empowered, high-trust teams. He has always loved his work, but never has he been so excited about being in operations as he is right now.
