This session showcases a real-world GenAI solution built on AWS, where Amazon Bedrock and other AWS managed services power a multi-agent workflow for document ingestion, retrieval, and large-scale automated document generation. One of the key outcomes was the ability to generate multiple hundreds of pages in one go, while maintaining structure, context, and quality across complex documents. We will explore the architectural decisions made, how we would improve it today. Along the way, we highlight key trade-offs, common anti-patterns, and emerging best practices for building scalable, future-proof GenAI solutions.

Márton is a Cloud Engineer at specializing in AWS architectures for large-scale enterprise clients. He has a track record of building complex hybrid networking solutions and robust landing zones using Terraform and Terragrunt. With a focus on infrastructure efficiency and security, Márton enjoys deconstructing the "silent" critical systems—like PKI—that keep the enterprise running.
